                 Adopting one of our Animals

We are always happy to welcome people who are thinking about adopting one of our animals. Please look at our Animals Available page for the animals that are currently available for adoption.  We may have others due to be available that are not yet on the page so please contact us to check on animals due to become availabe.

We aim to provide you with all the relevant information regarding the chosen animal so you can make a fully informed decision.

Things you need to consider before taking on a new small animal;

  • Are you aware of the general needs/welfare of the animal you are looking at?
  • Do you have the time to care, clean out, and handle your new pet?
  • Where will your new small animal go when you go on holiday?
  • Can you afford routine/emergency vet bills, neutering and any vaccinations that they may need?
  • Small animals in general are best kept in pairs for companionship.

Not all of our animals are available for adoption as some are known as permanent residents. This will mainly occur when there is ongoing health issues or they are in the older years and we feel that rehoming would be against the best interest of the animal.

Please Note:  You must be over the age of 18 years old to adopt any of our animals.  A home check or photo evidence of the animals new residence will be required, and an adoption form signed agreeing to the terms of adoption.
